New Milford, NJ., Sept. 25, 2007. We would like to clarify some misunderstandings about our detail training classes. We know that we offer the most technical and comprehensive training classes available. We also know that we help train and guide professionals and dealer personnel. We have worked for years training the BMW group of dealerships and have trained dealerships all over the country. Because of this, we have found that some people who are looking into our classes think, or assume that our class is beyond or above what they can comprehend, or the class may be a little too technical for them.

We don’t want anybody to feel intimidated or overwhelmed by what we teach and what subjects we cover. Although the class is geared toward turning somebody into a skilled professional detail technician, we can do the same for any level of person who attends our class. Regardless of your background or skill level in the detail field, don’t be intimidated or afraid of this class. We have trained numerous beginners and car enthusiasts who just wanted to make money on the side, or be able to perfectly detail their own vehicles. Our classes are for EVERYBODY!

We have trained retired people. We have trained corporate business people who have no plans to leave their job. We have trained high school and college people who wanted to make some money on the side. We have trained total novices who have never held a buffer in their hands before and did not know anything about detailing. Some of these people have even decided to open up a business because they got great training and became very skilled at detailing and saw how much money can be made. Sometimes, the novice people actually are the best students because there are no bad habits that have to be erased.

While it is true that you will learn some very technical and eye opening things about the world of detailing, and may never have the need to educate or discuss these facts with customers, the information is presented in a way that is very easy to understand and comprehend. We may turn you into a very skilled, knowledgeable, and professional detailer even if that is not your goal of this class. We make it VERY EASY TO LEARN. We want you to attend our class no matter what your background is and no matter what you plan to do with your new found detailing skills. Don’t be afraid or intimidated! There is always a mix of people in our classes from a total novice to a seasoned professional. Take a look at our class outline but realize that all this very technical information will be made extremely easy to understand. Our small class size and the hands on and coaching you will get will ensure that everybody will learn all the material very easily.
