December 28, 2007, Portland, OR.- DETAIL PLUS Car Appearance Systems recently introduced to the car care industry a carpet recoloring and dye system that allows the user to enhance; recolor or dye any and all automotive carpets and floor mats to a like new condition.

The system offers dyes that have been matched to the 16 most common automotive carpet colors.

These are water-based, heat activated dyes that will leave the carpets soft and plush not hard and crusty as other dyes.

The system includes a cart with dye containers, heater and pump.

There are two systems available, a shop cart for $1295 and a system setup for mobile use for $1150.
