Pittsburgh, PA. - July 10, 2008 Detail King has a NEW enclosed mobile detailing trailer. Our latest enclosed trailer is our DK5800. This 5x8 trailer is equipped with commercial grade detailing equipment including a pressure washer, water tank, generator, and air compressor. The trailer also features a tubular metal frame, waterproof lined walls, aluminum wheels, stainless steel water tank straps, full wrap graphics, screwless sides, 24” polished aluminum sides, black coin rubber flooring, 2 storage racks, etc.
The pressure washer has a 6.5HP Briggs & Stratton engine w/low oil shut down, 3 GPM 2000PSI General Pump, soap injector, 50’ high pressure hose on a 50’ hose reel, 18” spray wand, 4 pressure tips, black anodized heavy duty steel frame, etc. The hose reel is also vertically mounted on top of the engine to save space.
The generator is a 3500watt 6.5HP AC Delco generator. It has 12/120/240 volt operating ability, 4 stroke OHV air cooled motor, 4 gallon fuel tank with gauge, recoil start, low oil shut off, etc. It comes mounted to the floor of the trailer but will also include 2 rear wheels for the option of mobile maneuverability.
The air compressor is a 150psi, 2HP Hitachi air compressor. It has a regulator and gauge, as well as 2 quick disconnect outlets. There is a hose holder mounted directly above the air compressor on the side panel of the trailer as well as a 50’ industrial air hose with quick disconnects on each end.
The water tank is a 90 gallon, UV stabilized, polyethylene tank. We have strapped it down with stainless steel straps and it comes connected to the pressure washer with a ¾” diameter, 6' heavy duty hose and hose clamps.
There is an aluminum storage rack on each door for holding various detailing chemicals in pint bottles, aerosol cans, quart bottles, gallon jugs, etc. We have even included an aluminum carrying caddy with 6 slots for quart bottles and aerosol cans.
The full-wrap vinyl graphics package included with this trailer allows you to use every inch of advertising space to promote your business and advertise your services. With the screwless sides, there is a completely smooth, clean, advertising space on each panel of the trailer. We will have your business name, logo, contact information, and anything else you want, printed on vinyl siding and then sealed in with a UV resistant coating.
